Core values are principles that undergird, influence and clarify what a church does, and how it does it.
They provide boundaries and parameters around the mission, leadership, and ministry philosophy, priorities, and strategy.
We believe God is honored in excellence. Therefore, we strive in every area of our ministry to do things in the most excellent manner possible, bringing glory to God.
We believe that God calls all believers to tell others about the love of God through Jesus Christ and what He did for us on the cross.
We believe in lifestyle evangelism. This means we teach that each person is to intentionally build relationship with others and in doing so, earn the privilege to share the Good News of Jesus with them in a loving, non-threatening manner.
We believe that as we build relationships in every arena of life, we are to engage as many people as possible with the Good News.
As Jesus was intentional in engaging people in conversations and meeting their needs, we are to follow that example.
We strive to train and equip every believer for the work of the ministry. Each person has their own personality and uniqueness and is able to connect with some people on a far deeper level than someone else may be able to.
Therefore, we want every person to feel equipped in their walk with God and ready to do ministry.
Because we believe the gospel is the most important thing people can hear, we strive to use whatever means we have in the most effective manner possible, for people to hear that message.
We strive to make an eternal difference in the lives of people around us, in this generation and in generations to come.
